Return Policy

We believe our products must live up to your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our products. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy! Simply follow the instructions below.  

All returns or exchanges must be made within three (3) days of receipt of your order without delay and must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization Number.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please log in to your portal account and register on RMA Tab to generate your “Return Authorization No”. Our team will get in touch with you within 24 hrs to assist you. Returns of orders that do not include a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed. All refunds are made in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection.

  • Unopened Sets: Simply return your unopened set with your original packing slip or receipt, and we'll give you a full refund in your original payment method,  no questions asked! If you would prefer a different set, we can also exchange your unopened set. Returns of unopened sets that are not accompanied by a packing slip or receipt will not be accepted.

 

  • Opened Sets: Returns of opened sets must include the original packing slip or receipt and can be returned for exchange or merchandise credit only. No return of software.

 
Refunds on your purchase are done seamlessly once a Return is requested. However, it might take a few days to be credited back to you in the original mode of payment.

Finally and to give you the ultimate Peace of Mind, should you still be unsatisfied with a purchase after the conditional time frames for Returns has elapsed, you could still contact us within seven (7) days from the date of delivery to discuss your concerns and we will attempt to help out in every way we can.

The goods once sold may be taken back and replaced if it is found defective or damaged when supplied, provided that such defect or damage should be reported within seven (7) days from the date of delivery by email to webstore.atl@centena.com and an extended time also may be considered in exceptional cases on proper grounds and this replacement shall not be applied in case the Product was damaged due to the mishandling and improper use of the Purchaser.
